Benefits

  • You can find your merchandise discount code for the ZBB online store by logging in to your account, selecting “USER PROFILE." You will see you code and can click on the GO TO STORE button to visit the official Zac Brown Band store.

  • Zamily Gatherings are member-hosted pre-show parties where all Zamily and their loved ones are invited to kick-off show day. Check out the Zamily Facebook “Events” Page for existing Gatherings, and check back for updates.

  • We’re gifting 2 tickets to our Zamily Gathering hosts at each show throughout the Sun Goes Down tour! To become a host and earn free show tickets, follow the steps below:
    1. CONFIRM EVENT DATE: Review the Zamily Facebook “Events” Page and find a tour date for which there is not currently a Zamily Gathering listed.
    2. CREATE AN EVENT: Create a new “event” within the Zamily Facebook Group for your city of choice.
    3. SELECT A VENUE: The Sun Goes Down Tour is the perfect opportunity to Tailgate! Tailgates should be planned for all 2024 Gatherings, except where prohibited. *Restaurant Gatherings should be planned for: Charlotte, Minneapolis, Chicago, Seattle, & Detroit
    4. PLAN THE DETAILS: Consider asking guests to BYOB, to bring tents/chairs, and to prepare simple drinks/snacks to share. Review stadium/restaurant policies including event timing and parking information to relay to guests (advance contact with the venue will not be needed for most Tailgate Gatherings). A guest headcount can be approximated from your Facebook “Events” Page.
    5. UPDATE GUESTS: Update your Facebook Event Page as new details become available. Provide event timing, parking information, etc. Some gatherings include donations from local businesses which are used as giveaways or fundraisers, though this is not expected.
    6. GET FREE TICKETS: Two show tickets will be reserved in the host’s name for pick up at the box office’s “Will Call” window on show day (photo ID required). Our team monitors the Zamily Facebook “Events” page for host information and will be in touch via email with ticket pick-up instructions. *Complimentary host tickets are available only for Sun Goes Down tour dates, and 6/2 Canandaigua (does not include festivals).

Legacy - Seniority Program

  • You can note your Legacy status by looking at your presale code. All Legacy members have a presale code that starts with LEG. Find your presale code by logging in to your account once the tour is announced, selecting USER PROFILE. Or you can view it at the top of the SHOWS page.

  • To maintain Legacy membership, simply hold a paid, active Zamily membership for at least 2 consecutive full years (status will be granted at the start of your 3rd full year). Legacy members who fail to maintain active membership will lose Legacy member standing.

  • Renewing members who maintain a continuous paid Zamily subscription for at least 2 consecutive full years will be upgraded to Legacy status. Zamily Legacy members receive first access to ticket presales and other special offers. Remember that your membership must remain uninterrupted to be eligible, so don't miss your chance.

Membership/Billing Issues

  • Yes. To safeguard your credit card information, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online security system available for processing online credit card transactions. SSL encrypts all ordering information so that no part of your order, including your name, address and credit card number, can be read in transit by a third party. As a result, your credit card number is safer when you order online through SSL than when you make a credit card purchase in a restaurant or at a physical store location.

Membership/Billing Issues

  • If you already have a registered free account: Login and click the UPGRADE button at the top of the screen. You will be asked to verify that your profile information is current and accurate. After your click the 'SUBMIT' button, you will be taken to the shopping cart. Enter your coupon code once more and click the 'APPLY' button to set your cart amount to $0.00. Continue your order to complete the free transaction.

  • American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diner's Club.

  • Zamily membership sales are final. Refunds cannot be issued.

  • * Membership programs are now based on annual subscriptions, which means that all registrations & renewals will be assigned membership expiration dates of 12/31/25.

    *Duplicate payments/redemptions should not be made within a single year. Memberships can NOT be renewed beyond 12/31/25.

Ticket Presales

  • No, we host Internet-only sales

  • When you are on the ticketing site, do not copy and paste your password into the form field. Please manually type in your code. This prevents any chance of invisible characters or blank spaces from being entered. These invisible characters cause the system to produce an error message.   • Yes. It is important to use a valid email address when placing your ticket order to receive order-related communications. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the email.

  • Advice will be found during the online booking process, including information on how to order accessible seats. Please check with your specific venue for details.

  • This ticketing site has an "all sales are final" policy. If the show is canceled or rescheduled for a date that you are unable to attend, you are eligible to receive a refund for the face value of the tickets.

  • You can find your code on the Shows page when you are logged in as a member (You must be a paid, current member).

  • Presale tickets are sent out well in advance of the show. If you haven't received your tickets 48 hours prior to your show, please call the ticketing provider's customer service department.

  • Please check the NEWS and SHOWS sections for the most updated pre-sale information

  • To purchase tickets, please log in to the Zamily site, then go to the SHOWS page. Your member pre-sale code and the ticketing links will appear in the tour schedule.

  • LEGACY MEMBERS: Four (4) tickets per SHOW, with a total of twelve (12) tickets for the TOUR. ZAMILY MEMBERS: Four (4) tickets per SHOW, with a total of eight (8) ticket for the TOUR. (In the spirit of the fan club one person may have only one membership. If we receive reports of abuse we reserve the right to shut down your membership and cancel your tickets.).

  • To participate in 2025 Zamily presales, all members MUST have the new 2025 membership. JOIN or RENEW now to get your 2024 presale code.
