Answer: You can find your merchandise discount code for the ZBB online store by logging in to your account, selecting “USER PROFILE." You will see you code and can click on the GO TO STORE button to visit the official Zac Brown Band store.
Question: What is Early AcZess and how can I become a part of it?
Answer: Members who purchased their show tickets through the Zamily pre-sale are automatically included in Early AcZess email notifications, sent out a few days prior to each show. Those who purchased show tickets outside of the Zamily Pre-Sale should register to receive Early AcZess emails at www.zamily.com/zamily/early-aczess

To gain entry at Early AcZess, simply present your 2019 Zamily membership credentials at the gate! Only Zamily members with  a ‘current pin OR a registration/renewal confirmation email will be permitted entry. Please remember to have one of these items on-hand present to provide Early AcZess for yourself and up to three guests

GUEST POLICY: We encourage Zamily members to share the love and invite their non-Zamily friends and family to participate in Early AcZess. However, we ask that Zamily members limit guests to three each. Since there’s a presale purchase limit of four tickets each, your entire party should be able to gain entry.

Question: What do I use my membership pin and tour laminate for?
Answer: Bring your 2020 membership pin with you to shows throughout the year to gain access to show perks like Early AcZess and member-exclusive benefits at Zamily Gatherings! Sporting your tour laminate also enables others to recognize that you’re a part of the Zamily.

Legacy - Seniority Program

Question: How do I maintain Legacy Membership?
Answer: To maintain Legacy membership, simply hold a paid, active Zamily membership. Legacy members who fail to maintain active membership will be dropped from the Legacy Program.
Question: What is a Legacy Membership?
Answer: Legacy enrollment was a one time offer. Members are those Zamily members who renewed during the Legacy enrollment period of 11/24/17-12/31/17. Legacy membership provides a 1-hour presale lead, and was offered via email during the 2017 holiday season.
Question: How do I know if I’m Legacy?
Answer: You can note your Legacy status by looking at your presale code. All Legacy members have a presale code that starts with LEG. Find your presale code by logging in to your account, selecting USER PROFILE. Or you can view it at the top of the SHOWS page.

Membership/Billing Issues

Question: Is it safe to use my credit card?
Answer: Yes. To safeguard your credit card information, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online security system available for processing online credit card transactions. SSL encrypts all ordering information so that no part of your order, including your name, address and credit card number, can be read in transit by a third party. As a result, your credit card number is safer when you order online through SSL than when you make a credit card purchase in a restaurant or at a physical store location.
Question: I have a Ticketmaster fan club bundle code. How do I set up my membership?
Answer: If you already have a registered free account: Login and click the UPGRADE button at the top of the screen. You will be asked to verify that your profile information is current and accurate. After your click the 'SUBMIT' button, you will be taken to the shopping cart. Enter your coupon code once more and click the 'APPLY' button to set your cart amount to $0.00. Continue your order to complete the free transaction.
Question: What forms of payment are accepted?
Answer: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diner's Club.

Question: What’s the meaning of an “annual” membership?
Answer: * Membership programs are now based on annual subscriptions, which means that all registrations & renewals will be assigned membership expiration dates of 12/31/20.

*Duplicate payments/redemptions should not be made within a single year. Memberships can NOT be renewed beyond 12/31/20.
Question: Can I cancel my Zamily membership?
Answer: Zamily membership sales are final. Refunds cannot be issued.

Question: How do I cancel my ticket order?
Answer: This ticketing site has an "all sales are final" policy. If the show is canceled or rescheduled for a date that you are unable to attend, you are eligible to receive a refund for the face value of the tickets.

Question: Can I purchase pre-sale tickets by telephone?
Answer: No, we host Internet-only sales
Question: My ticket pre-sale code does not work. Who may I contact for help?
Answer: When you are on the ticketing site, do not copy and paste your password into the form field. Please manually type in your code. This prevents any chance of invisible characters or blank spaces from being entered. These invisible characters cause the system to produce an error message. For additional assistance with Ticketmaster presales, you may visit the Ticketmaster help area:

Question: Will I receive an ticket order confirmation by email?
Answer: Yes. It is important to use a valid email address when placing your ticket order to receive order-related communications. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the email.
Question: How is seating being handled for people with disabilities?
Answer: Advice will be found during the online booking process, including information on how to order accessible seats. Please check with your specific venue for details.

Answer: Presale tickets are sent out well in advance of the show. If you haven't received your tickets 48 hours prior to your show, please call the ticketing provider's customer service department.

Question: How do I buy Zamily pre-sale tickets?
Answer: To purchase tickets, please log in to the Zamily site, then go to the SHOWS page. Your member pre-sale code and the ticketing links will appear in the tour schedule.
Question: What is the ticket limit?
Answer: LEGACY MEMBERS: Four (4) tickets per SHOW, with a total of twelve (12) tickets for the TOUR. ZAMILY MEMBERS: Four (4) tickets per SHOW, with a total of eight (8) ticket for the TOUR. (In the spirit of the fan club one person may have only one membership. If we receive reports of abuse we reserve the right to shut down your membership and cancel your tickets.).
