What’s the meaning of an “annual” membership?
Membership programs are now based on annual subscriptions, which means that all registrations & renewals will be assigned membership expiration dates of 12/31/19.
Duplicate payments/redemptions should not be made within a single year. Memberships can NOT be renewed beyond 12/31/19.
LEGACY - SENIORITY PROGRAM
What is Legacy Membership?
Legacy enrollment was a one time offer. Members are those Zamily members who renewed during the Legacy enrollment period of 11/24/17-12/31/17. Legacy membership provides a 1-hour presale lead, and was offered via email during the 2017 holiday season.
How do I maintain Legacy Membership?
To maintain Legacy membership, simply hold a paid, active Zamily membership. Legacy members who fail to maintain active membership will be dropped from the Legacy Program.
How do I know if I’m Legacy?
You can note your Legacy status by looking at your presale code. All Legacy members have a presale code that starts with LEG. Find your presale code by logging in to your account, selecting “My Profile”, then selecting “Manage Subscriptions”.

How do I take advantage of priority show entry at Early AcZess?
Members who purchased their show tickets through the Zamily pre-sale are automatically included in Early AcZess email notifications, sent out a few days prior to each show. Those who purchased show tickets outside of the Zamily Pre-Sale should register to receive Early AcZess emails at www.zamily.com/zamily/early-aczess
To gain entry at Early AcZess, simply present your 2019 Zamily membership credentials at the gate! Only Zamily members with a ‘current pin OR a registration/renewal confirmation email will be permitted entry. Please remember to have one of these items on-hand present to provide Early AcZess for yourself and up to three guests
GUEST POLICY: We encourage Zamily members to share the love and invite their non-Zamily friends and family to participate in Early AcZess. However, we ask that Zamily members limit guests to three each. Since there’s a presale purchase limit of four tickets each, your entire party should be able to gain entry.
How do I take advantage of Z Team offers to score free show tickets by working with the ZBB crew?
Join Zamily’s Z Team to work side-by-side with us in assisting VIPs and helping us provide priority show entry to fan club members. You and a guest give us your best effort and enthusiasm and we have you in your FREE seats by the time Zac Brown Band hit the stage. You’ll also become the proud new owners of Z Team t-shirts! About two weeks before shows, six Zamily members and one guest each are randomly selected to Z Team. If you are one of the lucky members, you will receive an email confirmation with additional details. To submit for a Z Team opportunity, log in to your Zamily account and from the Zamily feed, select the ‘Z Team’ tab to submit your information for the show of your choice.

*Please note that presale ticket availability cannot be guaranteed.
** Re-sale of tickets for more than the original value is prohibited. The selling or sharing of presale codes is also grounds for membership termination. Members believed to be profiting by reselling, trading, or brokering tickets to Zac Brown Band shows will have their Zamily accounts cancelled without refund or notification.
Where can I find my presale code?
You can find your presale code at any time by logging in to your account, selecting “My Profile” from the side menu, then selecting “Manage Subscriptions”.
All Zamily members have a presale code beginning in ZAM while all Legacy Zamily members have a presale code beginning with LEG.
What is the pre sale purchase limit?
All members are limited to FOUR presale tickets per SHOW. In addition, Zamily members are limited to 8 tickets per TOUR, while Legacy members are limited to 12 tickets per TOUR.

What’s the meaning of the levels within the app (Garage Band, Legend, etc)?
Levels and coin counts are for fun, and are not a reflection of membership status. Members are assigned a "level" relative to the number of coins collected (levels include Garage Band, Opening Act, and Rockstar).
What are the ZBB app gifts, and how do I give/receive them?
Send ZBB themed gifts such as stickers and emojis to your friends via app! Simply visit your friend’s profile and select “Give Gift”. Use your coins to choose the perfect gift and send!
Did Zac send me a message on social media?
No! Zac does not use social media to communicate with fans, and communicates only via verified artists pages. Please make sure to report it ASAP. We take down fake accounts regularly, but unfortunately, they continue to pop up.
How do I change my password?
A user can reset their password at any time by logging in to your account, selecting "My Profile" from the side menu, then selecting "Edit Profile".
